Will Steed’s background includes a Bachelor of Science degree (Cum Laude) from Texas Christian University, followed by four years of service as an officer in the United States Army. While stationed in Washington state, Will served his country as a leader of soldiers in many different capacities. Though Will loved serving and leading, he found himself away from his family too much and decided to continue the family trade – his real passion - building. While in Washington, Will not only developed a love for skiing and the outdoors, but developed essential skills that has caused Will Steed Homes to flourish.

Will started the business from the ground up in 1999 remodeling homes – doing most of the construction work himself – and eventually building beautiful homes with the same hands-on approach instilled in him by his father and father-in-law. Soon, the business was doing so well, that he enlisted the help of his brother, Ben, to take the company to a higher level. Will still insists on spending time personally with each homeowner from site work to move in.

When Will isn’t on the jobsite, he is spending time with his wife, Meri, and their children, Jacob, Anna Belle, and Lucas. His interests involve travelling, skiing, golf, and running. Will has completed 3 major marathons, and one day hopes to qualify for the Boston Marathon! Will feels that his success in his family life and his business are a result of his faith in God, his wonderful family, and his partnership with his brother.
