Jack joined Will Steed Homes at the beginning of the development of the Rock Creek Resort on Lake Texoma and after retiring from 21 years as a Wal-Mart General Manager. Jack not only brought commercial construction experience to the table but a finely tuned expertise in client and community service. As a result of this expertise, Jackhas beenthe recipient of numerous awards from both the corporation as well as the local communities. Jack is a recipient of the highly distinguished and esteemed "Sam M. Walton Excellence in Leadership Award".

With these skills, and several years working with his brother Will building fine custom homes, Jack has an acute awareness of how vital the most minute details are to the homeowner and to the established reputation of Will Steed Homes. Like Will, Jack goes the "extra mile"; not just as an essential part of the business but also because they truly love what they do! As well as being a premier builder in Rock Creek Resort, Will and Jack are also property owners and members of Rock Creek. For nearly 15 years, Jack and his wife, Karen, have lived on Lake Texoma and, now, literally within walking distance of the Rock Creek Resort gate.
