Will Steed Homes is proud to be one of the few Granbury companies that can call themselves Certified Master Builders. This program is designed for residential construstion professionals in the DFW Metroplex and must meet the following criterion:

Performance Standards - CMB companies have nationally accepted written performance standards by which work may be evaluated.

Financial Standards - Upon application and yearly review, each company must meet past and current financial criteria.

References - When applying, the CMB corporation collects references from suppliers, financial institutions, subcontractors, and homeowners with yearly review.

Warranty - The builder must provide a one year warranty on all residential construction.

Experience - There must be an established history of residential construction.

Education - Builders must continue their education and stay up to date on industry standards, requirements, codes, and products.
